Redskins’ ticket prices won’t increase.

The Dallas Cowboys are technically the most valuable franchise in the NFL based off the opening of their billion dollar stadium but the Washington Redskins in terms of total revenue still thrash the whole NFL by millions according the The FootballGuys blog.
“Washington absolutely demolishes the rest of the league in total revenues ($312mm) and has a fantastic 21% operating margin. In other words, for all that money Daniel Snyder wastes, er, I mean spends on big ticket free agents, he’s got more profits to spare than anyone else in the league.”
Anyway, to the point; the Redskins will not increase ticket prices this year. Snyder is probably positioning his team to surprise the skeptics and make the playoffs therefore making it easier to raise them next season. Only time will tell. The Skins have only raised their prices twice since 2000 when in 2006 they raised tickets 39% and parking 40%. No chump changed there. Redskins.com story
