The funny thing is that he tooled him with the arm bar for the 2nd straight time. This fight to me just proves that no matter how good you are at wrestling, MMA consists of more than just take downs and punches. Glad to see a cerebral fighter took the top prize.
Amir’s definitely someone who takes punishment and waits for his window to win the fight. To me this season of TUF 7 was marred with wrestlers that could only take you down and pound you. I don’t know how good Amir can be against more well-rounded fighters. Only time will tell.
How sick was the knee Kendell Grove Threw when Tanner had him in the standing Single leg. In that match which was the main event I think Kendell Showed he has a long way to go, but could very well be one of the future stars in UFC. I like his style. And how in the world was that fight a split decision? Tanner got his ass whooped…
