Redskin Fan Accosted by Cowboy Fan
According to NBCWashington.com:
A man grabbed a Dallas Cowboys flag from a car that was stopped at a traffic light on L Street near Connecticut Avenue, threw it on the ground and was promptly punched in the face once the driver got out of his car.
One witness told the Washington Post she saw a “big, tall man walk up to this guy and hit him across the head.” Then other witnesses said he walked back toward his car, picked up what presumably was the flag, and drove off.
That Cowboy fan should feel lucky that he wasn’t in my part of NW because we don’t take too kindly to Dallas flags. He’s also fortunate he wasn’t in southeast or there might have been another addendum to that story. Bottom line, a punch to the face is worth ripping down all evidence that Cowboy fandom exists in DC.

WEll, kudos to the brave soul that let that man know that we don’t do Cowboys in these here parts. On the other hand, a short pre-analysis of the size and strength of the driver, probably would have been a good idea….you know, to keep from getting knocked out and make us Skins fans look like sissies.
And on another note, is it just me, or is there an inordinate amount of #1-rival-lovers in DC in comparison to other cities with a strong NFL team following? I don’t go to Pittsburgh and see Eagles flags everywhere….?
Skins fan ARE sissies. Big ups to the ‘Boys fan that ko’d the Skins fan. I bet that there are more Steelers and Cowboys fans in this area than Skins fans, str8 up. ever been to a Skins game when the Steelers are in town. its like a Pittsburgh home game. Skins fans, mostly, are chumps. You will never go to another city when the Skins are visiting and see an overwhelming amount to Jason Campbell or Portis jerseys. Fact!
