As if DC wasn’t real enough, a batch of reality tele shows are coming to the capital of the free world. Real World Infiniti,The Real Housewives series, and something no one cares about called The Blonde Charity Mafia are all primed to begin taping, filming, scripting, contriving the realism and forcing suspension of disbelief.
The question, why now? Why is the District suddenly receiving its”just deserts“?

I guess like everything else in Washington, the people here wanted to see everyone make a fool of themselves before taking any action.
They probably just now heard about reality T.V. Been too busy going to charity galas with Wall Street businessmen.
Barack made it cool to be in DC….we’ve been dubbed the “hollywood of the East coast” now, so why not bring the cameras as well?!
I can’t wait to apply/try-out.
DC has had alot to offer for a very long time, and its about time that this area gets some shine!
Is this really going to happen? I remember a couple years back there was a rumof of a Real World DC (in Georgetown or Dupont) but it got nixed because they couldn’t get licenses … for security reasons?
All of those are already slated to begin soon besides the Blonde Charity Mafia which has been pushed back to the point where many think it might not happen at all. The Real World house has been chosen at a sight in Dupont and I’m sure will add to the already bad traffic in our small city.
