It’s hard to watch that show without predictably guessing what’s going to happen to each carefully selected character, and couple that with the ridiculous house and a general lack of responsibility and you soon realize how far from “real” the situation is." It actually makes perfect sense, teens-youthful twenties populate the show, the same demographic that watches it. You grow out of it at the same time a new crop of tweens are growing into it. I can remember real world 3 in london when this musician stayin in the house got his tongue bit off by a rabid fan! over the years the show has been saturated, but wouldn't you have loved to be the guy that came up with the idea in like 1990? i haven't watched probably in ten years, but still respect the creators bc they had vision, ya know? hey, but you have to admit that the REAL WORLD was the first reality show I can remember and it was a lot more real when it initially started. On the dance floor a young man was quick to let me know he was going to be on D.C.'s Real World and that I should check out their "amazing crib". Gotta love pick up lines.
